Today, we take a break from our regular format to honor the memory of firefighter Scott Davis of the Muncie, IN fire department who was killed in the line of duty yesterday. Let this be a reminder to the general public to give more than a passing thought to those who put their lives in danger for the greater good, and let this be a reminder to those of us who are members of the fire service to always respect and honor those who share this call of duty. One never knows when one may answer the bell for the last time.
